Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time, night shift position in Hollywood, Florida, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will provide clinical pharmacy services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes
Job Summary
Coordinates and provides clinical pharmacy services to patients and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Supervises and delegates tasks to technicians and other support staff to ensure timely prescription/order verification, preparation, and distribution of medications.
Provides Clinical Pharmacy services which may include but is not limited to: renal/hepatic dosage adjustment, pharmacokinetic dosing, anticoagulation monitoring, total parenteral nutrition, antimicrobial stewardship.
