Key Requirements
5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience
3–5 years of relevant experience with Associate’s Degree
High School Diploma or Vocational Technical Degree
Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation, or related discipline
Advanced PLC troubleshooting and programming
Proficiency with industrial controls, sensors, HMIs, servo drives, motion systems
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, pneumatic systems, control logic
Skilled in analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, root cause analysis
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, mechanical prints
