Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid CPR/AED certification
Current personal training certification
Strong mathematical and sales skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Pass background check

Experience in exercise science or related degree
History of delivering results for clients

Key Requirements
Valid CPR/AED certification within 30 days
Active personal training certification
Successful background check completion
Level 0: No experience required but must complete in-house training
Level 1: Less than 1 year experience or bachelor's degree
Level 2: 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience
