Base: $95,500 - $181,700 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off

Must-have
Creo Parametric or Solidworks CAD experience
Solid modeling practices and drawing creation
Radar product lifecycle management
Production issue resolution and coordination
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Nice-to-have
Experience with full-rate production of radar components
Strong technical writing and oral communication skills
Supplier management for machined parts and panels
PDM system experience for technical data packages
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 3 years
Active DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
STEM degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
