You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, ensuring compliance, and participating in quality assurance and safety programs.
The role involves direct nursing care, staff development, equipment management, and active participation in committees to support resident care and facility operations.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university

Current active RN license in state
