Job Summary

  • Ensure stable operations and maintenance of critical facility systems, including power (UPS, generators), cooling/HVAC, and fire protection, while continuously improving overall operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical review and consulting for new equipment deployment and layout changes based on incoming power capacity and cooling/HVAC analysis.
  • Perform prompt incident response, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and establish preventive maintenance and operational improvement plans to avoid recurrence.
