Job Summary

  • As Tank Farm and Components Area Manager, you will lead a sophisticated and busy operational area, running the day-to-day challenges of a high‑performing FMCG manufacturing environment to deliver safe, high‑quality products to plan.
  • You will champion strong governance and compliance, ensuring conformance to all regulatory, accreditation and CARM requirements, and play a key role in achieving successful GAR audit outcomes.
  • You will lead MMS deployment across performance, standards, capabilities and asset care, working closely with Engineering, Site Leadership and ManEx to deliver continuous improvement.

  • Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams through change
