  • Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with employee requests, and reporting staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services.
  • The role requires the ability to work independently, make decisions, and work harmoniously with other personnel while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any suspected fraud or policy violations.
