Coordinate the start of industrialization from the first Studio workshops in close collaboration with the Development team, Industrialization Project Managers, and the Continuous Improvement - Quality team.
Pilot the pre-industrialization phase, supporting manufacturers in France and Italy in product development, challenging production costs, and proposing technical alternatives.
Ensure follow-up during industrialization and production, acting as the collection's technical referent and supporting the Industrialization Project Manager and Quality team.
