Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Public Administration, or social science
  • Two (2) years of compensation analysis and/or job analysis/evaluation
  • High school diploma or GED plus six (6) years of experience
  • Associate degree plus four (4) years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a non-specified field plus six (4) years of experience
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in a specified field
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
