The Manufacturing Engineer I will support the implementation of technology and process solutions within Generac’s fabrication and paint departments.
You will help bridge the gap between design and production by assisting with DFM reviews, tracking equipment performance, and optimizing production flow on the shop floor.
The role involves participating in Lean initiatives to improve flexibility and speed, and working directly with shop floor personnel to deploy standard tools and methodologies.

Key Requirements
