  • The successful candidate will work alongside Account Executives to help prospects create deployment plans including resources, timelines, and costs.
  • Candidates must be bilingual in English and French to support clients in Quebec, Canada, and the United States.

Salary

Base: $127,400 - $191,200 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus; Benefits: Annual refresh stock grants and comprehensive benefits package

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2+ years leading Financial or HCM software implementation projects
  • 6+ years experience in Professional Services Sales
  • Bilingual English and French verbal and written communication

Nice-to-have

  • Workday Implementation experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record in managing sophisticated services sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of vendors and products in Financials Enterprise Application space

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience with RFP responses and contract documentation
