The Regional Service Manager is responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of all maintenance departments within the region and participates in maintenance systems nationwide.
The role involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating renovations, managing vendors, and providing technical training and support to maintenance teams.
The position requires travel within and sometimes outside the region and emphasizes leadership, compliance, cost control, and customer service.
