This role supports U.S. federal agencies in modernizing employee lifecycle and finance operations with high-impact, mission-driven work.
The position requires designing and maintaining core Kubernetes platform components with a focus on security, scalability, and automation using Terraform and Argo CD.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance to work on direct or indirect federal government contracts.

Salary
Base: $163,800 - $245,800 USD (Reston); Base: $148,200 - $264,000 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

Must-have
5+ years infrastructure experience
Kubernetes architecture and administration
Terraform infrastructure as code proficiency
Argo CD CI/CD pipeline maintenance
3+ years AWS cloud production experience
Go programming language proficiency

Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools
Security auditing and compliance frameworks
Air gapped region experience
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
