Job Summary
The Director of Business Excellence is responsible for leading the adoption and application of Lean Manufacturing principles, supporting teams to implementing continuous improvements (CI), working closely with business unit (BU) teams to align internal processes to business targets.
Responsibilities include assessing, analyzing and implementing solutions across the BU to identify and eliminate waste, organizing around Lean processes and delivering excellence on safety, environmental, quality, productivity and cost.
The Director will work closely with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, Sales, Finance, and Executive Management to communicate needs and challenges, define improvements and solutions, and drive execution of BU and Company goals.
