Participate in the development of training tools related to Customer Experience for the international CHANEL sales force.
Design blended learning modules (combining in-person and digital) via the mobile learning app, following production steps with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to elevating the skills of Fashion Advisors to offer clients a unique in-store experience and foster a positive learning environment.
