The Assistant Director manages donor projects related to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, playing a key role in advancing high priority institutional fundraising initiatives.
This role requires managing and collaborating on projects across the Philanthropic Strategies & Engagement team and other business units, bringing strong judgment and fundraising or donor strategy experience.
The position involves working in close collaboration with Development colleagues and senior leaders to support the cultivation, solicitation, and/or stewardship of select donors and prospects.
