Job Summary
Our expanding Technology Disputes practice works on large and complex commercial disputes involving allegations of intellectual property and trade secret theft, failure to create or implement software successfully, AI washing allegations, and IT service outsourcing disputes.
Successful candidates will not only utilize their technology know-how but also be exposed to unique, complex, interesting issues and exposure to the legal process and communicating complex technical concepts in plain English.
