Job Summary
Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of the People risk management framework to ensure alignment with enterprise risk strategy, applicable laws, regulations, CPUC requirements, and PG&E standards.
Develop and maintain the People risk register, controls documentation, and mitigation plans; use analytics and compliance resources to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging compliance risks.
Coordinate and provide subject-matter expertise for CPUC oversight activities, such as regulatory inquiries, audits, data requests, and issue remediation related to People practices.
