• The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process, driving business growth by building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business leads, fostering good relationships with customers, supporting the outside sales team, preparing product demonstrations, tracking sales performance, and driving sales growth with proactive outbound calls.
