Must-have
5+ years technical experience in interconnect technologies
Direct experience with hardware design engineering teams
Hands-on supplier technical development and qualification
New Product Introduction (NPI) execution and scale readiness
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
Nice-to-have
Experience with high-density Twinax cables and GPU systems
Familiarity with AI system architectures and HPC platforms
Strong working knowledge of material science and signal integrity
Lean and Six Sigma methodology expertise
