Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 or more years of relevant administrative or executive support experience
  • 7 years minimum of relevant experience with increased levels of responsibility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and AI tools
  • Strong track record of calendar and schedule management
  • Power user level skills for Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in budget management, financial reporting and contract basics
  • Experience with internal audits and best practices
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Capable copy editor with excellent grammar
