• Oversee daily operations of the TID department, including infrastructure, help desk, cybersecurity, and applications support, while partnering with the Director of TID to set strategic direction and manage departmental goals.
• Support staff development through coaching, performance management, and professional growth planning, and provide administration services including contributions to technology capital and operating budgets.
• Drive process automation, system integration efforts, and digital transformation initiatives, while providing 24/7 support for mission-critical systems and assisting with network support and security.
