Job Summary

• Deliver and serve guests their food and beverage in an efficient and courteous manner, interacting with guests to assure satisfaction and providing personal service with attention to detail.
• Answer phones, greet guests, accurately record orders in Point of Sale, and possess thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, work, and service areas, and complete assigned duties while working as a team with fellow associates and other service departments.

• Previous Server or Room Service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations
• Ability to retain and recite menu details

• Ability to skillfully carry three entrée plates
• Ability to lift and transport 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts
• Sufficient mobility for assigned production tasks
