The role will represent Facilities Management (FM) as the single point of contact for the Project Team and Vendors, providing an FM operations perspective to manage project risks to live operational spaces and supporting infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include reviewing design and construction documents, managing operational risks through permit-to-work submissions, supervising site works, attending project meetings, and preparing weekly reports.
The Project Engineer will actively manage the handover process, ensure proper documentation, and support the setup/update of site facilities management systems.
