Job Summary

  • The Employee Relations Manager, West is responsible for cultivating a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace by managing employee relations programs, resolving workplace issues, coaching managers, and ensuring consistent application of policies.
  • This role will support our clubs in California, Arizona, Nevada and Washington, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and HR teams, helping mitigate risk, drive organizational culture, and support employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
  • 8-10 years of HR experience
  • 4 years focused on employee relations or HR investigations
  • High-volume case management experience
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Workday experience
  • Strong understanding of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of CA employment law
