Job Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency, meeting all product, supply, and equipment needs throughout the venue.
• Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this individual will support event planning and preparation by assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff, prioritizing safety, organization, and sanitation.
• The role requires ensuring control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies, while also coordinating with the management team and submitting damage/discrepancy reports.
