As a Senior Experience Architect and Workshop Facilitator, you will design and lead high impact Experience Center sessions end to end, blending strategy, facilitation, and experience design.

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in facilitation, experience design, service design, strategy, or related roles
University degree in Design, Psychology, Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience facilitating senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams
Hands on experience with workshop and collaboration tools
Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Greek)
