Must-have

  • 5+ years professional engineering experience
  • Proficient CAD skills with NX preferred
  • Hands-on prototyping and fabrication skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes like CNC
  • Strong understanding of structures and mechanisms

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Formula SAE or Design Build Fly
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-810G
