Job Summary

  • The HR team creates conditions for our people to perform, grow, and engage, enabling the business to achieve its strategic ambition.
  • As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic business partnering to the US BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit Respiratory and Immunology (BBU, R&I) leadership team to deliver the talent and workforce priorities, leadership and functional capabilities, while accelerating career development, and the employee experience and engagement strategy.
  • In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions.
