Must-have
Minimum 2 years construction project coordination experience
Bilingual French and English proficiency required
Experience with YARDI property management software
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Valid Quebec driver's license and reliable vehicle access
ASP Construction Health & Safety Certificate mandatory
Nice-to-have
Working toward PMP or RPA designation considered an asset
Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology or Building Science
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
