  • Own the day-to-day workplace experience at our second largest hub in New York, keeping operations running smoothly while driving initiatives that elevate the employee experience.
  • Create a warm, inclusive office environment that reflects Harvey's values and culture, owning the local workplace onboarding experience and partnering with People Ops to continuously improve it.
  • Lead or contribute to workplace-related projects such as office moves, buildouts, and policy rollouts, partnering with IT, Security, People Ops, and Finance on initiatives that span functions.
