Strong technical background in power generation solutions
Solid commercial acumen in pricing and EBIT targets

Prior experience with mtu engines or power generation systems
Knowledge in hybrid, electrified, or digitalized power solutions
Team leadership or mentoring experience
Additional Asian language skills
Master's degree advantageous
