Job Summary
This role involves leading the development and delivery of segment-led marketing initiatives that drive growth across priority customer segments such as Youth, Young Adults, Migrants, and Mass Affluent.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Data & Analytics, Media, Brand & Creative, and Digital teams to ensure segment priorities are embedded early in planning and campaigns are executed with discipline.
The position requires at least 5 years of experience in a marketing generalist or marketing communications role with a proven ability to track performance and optimize activity based on insights.
