Job Summary
Operates as part of the C&S Divisional Leadership team to provide advice and guidance to Group Executives (GE) and Senior Leaders.
Drives people strategy and cultural transformation – integrating and aligning with business priorities.
Partners with P&C Advice and Operations and CoE’s to ensure seamless people solutions delivery and P&C strategy and plan.
