Job Summary

You will participate in developing quality assurance programs, assisting with facility surveys, and coordinating nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of resident care.
This role requires managing staff availability, conducting daily rounds, and ensuring that all nursing personnel comply with established job descriptions and safety regulations.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
