Job Summary
Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store.
Role models outstanding customer service, creates a positive internal and external customer experience, and takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates.
Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
