Must-have

  • Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
  • Active admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction
  • Significant experience advising healthcare commercial teams
  • Deep expertise in False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute
  • Experience with Stark Law and reimbursement issues

Nice-to-have

  • In-house experience at pharmaceutical or medical device company
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Sunshine Act compliance requirements
  • Experience managing outside counsel efficiently

Key Requirements

  • JD from accredited law school
