Job Summary

  • The Catering Sales & Event Coordinator is responsible for contracting catering sales business and coordinating and supervising group & catering business after it is booked by the Director of Sales, while maintaining profitable operations, high quality products and service levels.
  • We are seeking a unique individual who will embody the heart and soul of hospitality while caring deeply about the brand and community.
  • The Catering Sales & Event Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing the events and sales office admin duties including all client facing documents (contracts, billing agreements, event orders, event checks) and internal documents.
