Job Summary

  • As a Production Associate (Paint), you will complete various tasks to meet production schedules including masker/demasker, load/unload, caulker, pre-inspection, blow off operator, and shot blast operator duties.
  • This position does not require associates to have prior experience painting in an industrial setting as additional training may be provided for qualified candidates.
  • We offer competitive wages ranging from $19.28 to $24.12 per hour depending on the shift, along with quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and paid training starting on day one.
