Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years contracts experience
Juris Doctor degree required
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Managing domestic and cross border transactions
Reviewing aerospace and defense contracts
Nice-to-have
Experience in components distribution preferred
Strong business acumen and ethical standards
Ability to mentor junior legal staff
