Job Summary

  • The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for the implementation of the technical services scope (hard services) within a client office in Paris (10,000 m2) and Nantes (250 m2).
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee the smooth running of our facilities management responsibilities.
  • Manage preferred third-party partners and suppliers for the provision of planned maintenance services, including HVAC, fire safety, electrical, lighting, water treatment, and plumbing systems.
