Job Summary

  • We are looking for a high-caliber Operations & Growth Manager to spearhead our global user acquisition and ecosystem development
  • Core Responsibilities Strategic Growth Modeling: Formulate and execute end-to-end user growth strategies, optimizing the full funnel including acquisition, conversion, retention, and viral loops
  • Ecosystem Building: Design and refine the user growth framework across community operations, high-value content, and cross-border channel partnerships
