The Manager, Test Change Communications is responsible for owning and governing the Test Change Commercial Brief process, defining standards for information completeness, quality, and downstream usability.
This role leads strategic partner collaboration with Product Managers, Science, and Agile Delivery teams to develop external client communications, including client letters, service announcements, and Q&A documents.
