Lakeport Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to oversee daily nursing functions, ensure compliance with facility procedures, and provide direct nursing care. The ideal candidate will possess a valid LVN license, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
Direct the day to day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
