Key Requirements

  • Graduate of ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
  • PGY1 Residency Training or 3 years experience
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure by Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
