Job Summary
Your mission is to act as a spearhead in internal AI adoption — helping leaders understand where AI creates real business value and ensuring that the organization is equipped to realize them.
Your responsibilities includes; Strategically identifying and defining AI opportunities based on business needs and priorities Driving cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders across business and enabling functions Preparing and presenting insights, recommendations, and decision material to senior stakeholders and management teams Hands on s upporting leaders and teams in embedding AI into everyday ways of working, not as experiments but as part of core processes Contributing to competence development and organizational readiness for AI ‑ driven change
