Microsoft Fabric Dataflows Gen2 and Lakehouse
Google BigQuery SQL optimization and cost control
Team leadership and analyst coaching experience
Stakeholder management and strategic storytelling
Nice-to-have
Experience with Workday Job Architecture Hub
Background in HR or Talent Analytics
ScrumMaster or Agile certification
Fluency in Spanish language
Copilot integration experience
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years in BI/Analytics
1 year leading analysts or acting as technical lead
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field
Production experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and BigQuery
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
