Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years link-layer design experience
  • Deep understanding of IEEE 802.3 Ethernet
  • Experience with FEC implementations like Reed-Solomon
  • Knowledge of link training and equalization
  • Proven track record defining system architectures

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on RTL design and verification experience
  • Prior involvement in industry standards organizations
  • Experience with chiplet architectures and advanced packaging
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in link-layer design
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred
