Job Summary

  • Design and lead change management efforts to enable Projects’ strategic focus by effectively embedding technology, process and culture change and adopting new ways of working within Projects.
  • Develop change strategies and approaches for assigned initiatives, working in collaboration with other functions as needed.
  • Enbridge’s FlexWork (hybrid work model) offers eligible employees (Manager and below) the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, opt for a compressed workweek schedule, and have flexible start and end times.
